Al is a Particle Physicist, Electrical Engineer, and entrepreneur.

He's spent his career pushing the boundaries of Compact Linear Accelerator Technology, driving new business development opportunities, and working with business owners and entrepreneurs for

educational and economic equity in under-served areas.

Al has raised almost $1m for various non profits and local causes. He is currently serving on the Board for the Equity in Education Committee, the Lake Washington School District Equity Team, the Programs

Committee for Treehouse of Seattle, and the Black Education Strategies Roundtable in Tacoma.

Drea's vision is to help entrepreneurs and business owners reach their goals.

For ten years Drea has helped dozens of start-ups plan for and receive funding for their enterprises. Her background in business development and management led her to start The Resource Center in the spring of 2018. Drea is currently a Board member of the Tacoma YWCA. She previously sat on the Board of Tabor 100, GSYO Youth Outreach, and was Seattle Chapter Head of Network for Women.

Drea is wife to Tacoma Metro Parks Commissioner, Jessie Baines, and supermom to Jessie III.

Dennis is a pioneer in Information Technology with a specialty in entrepreneurship.

His career spans from the age of 19 with the start of a Digital Music Service in New York during the hight of the digital boom. His roll as the creative developer and IT specialist have followed him from start ups to major advertisement firms such as AKQA.

For over 20 years his expertise in the growing field of technology have been a part of major projects including; MTV networks, NBC, ABC, and ESPN among others.
